When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Booking details (tour, date, guest count, name, email) are stored in a secure database accessible only to Aurora Tours staff.

How we use your data

We use your information solely to process and manage your booking, send confirmation emails, and communicate with you about your tour. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Google Sheets for booking records, and Resend for transactional email. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain booking records for up to 3 years for accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.

Your rights
